So far the best place to dance salsa in Taipei seems to be BROWN SUGAR. This is usually a JAZZ place but on Sundays they play salsa. This club seems a bit upscale and the dancers are good.
My only commnet is that the 'Salsa' played by the band was too jazzy...and not so good for dancing. The best dancing was done when the DJ played SALSA.
Overall this club gets my recomendation.
